Jagung Bose and Pecel!

Hmm, what are the differences both of them?

In Surabaya, Pecel maybe is the cheapest and popular food.
What about Jagung Bose? It sounds strange for us, especially for the people outside East Nusa Tenggara.

I wanna tell you more about Jagung Bose ( Bose Corn).

This food is a traditional food of East Nusa Tenggara- Indonesia.

It consists of Corn as a main material. The corn is boiled for several hours, so it'll be soft to eat.

When the corn is boiled, we should give "the secret flavor or spices" to the boiled corn.

It makes the corn tasted different.

The corn is so easy to get, because many people plant corn in their field, so East Nusa Tenggara known as the producer of corn in Indonesia.

The Corn could grow well because of NTT's friendly weather.

Hmm, I miss to eat Jagung Bose again.
